Weapon Plans (VC3)

Weapon Plans in Valkyria Chronicles 3 are used to unlock new weapon/tank upgrades.

Weapon Plans are obtained by killing the enemy ace for the first time in any mission (excluding DLC ones). It is a guaranteed drop, meaning you cannot get a weapon drop from aces on the first attempt.
