The Scarlet Forest is a paid post-game mission in Valkyria Chronicles 2. It is available during the months of October to December.

Briefing

Your mission is to retrieve goods from Leanbluff Forest, where the leaves are turning red.

Retrieve 8 crates scattered across the areas.

An augmented soldier thought to be General Baldren transformed into an artificial Valkyria is among the enemies there, so be careful.

Strategy

• It is important to note that if enemies die during the enemy phase, their bodies will disappear, thus will not be affected by Augmented Baldren's Recall order.
• Because there is no Supply Vehicle, Augmented Baldren is impossible to face.
• Oddly enough, despite being able to wreck havoc if he ever moves, he may not move at all.
• Thankfully, however, some crates are located inside base camps, namely the ones in Area 3.
