@ Evil Tim: Snipers in VC2 are very good and very accurate from the start as they are already a 2nd-tier class once acquired. So the part you've just said about Snipers are weak early on is VC1-specific and should be fine where it is. As for: "Snipers are relatively poor at eliminating enemy Aces due to their high evasion, unless the player first "turns" the Ace by attacking him with a different unit to make him face away from the Sniper." , I'm not sure how it is in VC1 but that is true to not only snipers but other classes in VC2 as well. I'm thinking maybe we should put that part to somewhere like general tips or strategy or something? Arciusazrael 17:05, February 3, 2011 (UTC)

  • Yeah, that's true for all classes, but since snipers are the least mobile they're most likely to need another unit to do that for them; Scouts, for example, can often work their way behind an Ace without being spotted in the process. That plus Snipers having limited ammo makes it particularly relevant here; Lancers are the only class similar, and let's face it, a Lancer isn't going to be firing an anti-tank Lance at infantry anyway. I do plan to add an article on tactics and AI quirks (for example, that VC1's AI thinks it's playing a third-person shooter). Evil Tim 08:35, February 4, 2011 (UTC)

Uniforms

Do they have any kind of uniform or armor for each class in VC1? Arciusazrael 01:36, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, every class used "Uniform" except Lancers who wear Blast Suits. You can upgrade them, but it's just +1 defence for each upgrade, you only have the two types of armour and they're not interchangable. Evil Tim 07:42, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
