Struggle on the Bridge is the fourth expert skirmish of Valkyria Chronicles 4's Expert Skirmishes DLC. This uses the same map as Chapter 01: The Battle of Fort Krest. It is unlocked after the main story has been completed.

Briefing

Location: Fort Krest

Description: Capture the enemy base camp to win.

Strategy

• This map relies mostly on foot soldiers to make it to the end. Utilize ship orders and direct command for best results in getting to the main camp.
• Capturing the Southern camp and calling in soldiers is better than attempting to move them from spawn. With the two Northern camps providing soldiers to attack, some units must be left in base camp to defend.
• Anti-tank snipers like the Gautt R can be used on the tank in the Imperial base camp from the Southern camp. The grass outside may be used to sneak past the Ultimate tank.
• Imperials start with 10 CP. Leader locations are:
  • Sniper: Top left of the map on a sniping post.
  • Lancer: Right camp overlooking the spawn area.
