Crime And Atonement (-, -^?) is Clarissa Callaghan's character mission in Valkyria Chronicles 3. The episode introduces Clarissa's compulsory enlistment into the Nameless and revolves around her reuniting with the reason for her enlistment into Nameless.

Story

Clarissa had been sent to Nameless as punishment for aiding the escape of an imperial soldier who she had fallen in love with. During a mission, Clarissa was reunited with her beloved imperial, and he asked her to run away with him. Clarissa denied his request, saying that neither of them could truly be happy if they ran away then and there. Having parted ways with the man she loved for a second time, Clarissa vowed to continue fighting until she was confident that they could live together in peace.
