Gustav Mecklenburg (グスタフ・メクレンブルク Gusutafu Mekurenburuku?) is one of the Grand Generals of the Ruzhien Empire and serves as an antagonist in Valkyria Revolution. Gustav operates the magic machine known as the Whale.[1]
