From the Capital is the ninth and final hard skirmish of Valkyria Chronicles 4. This uses the same map as Chapter 17: The Final Choice, Part 1. It is unlocked after the first six hard skirmishes have been completed.

Briefing

Location: Schwartzgrad

Description: Capture the enemy base camp to stop the attack of the Imperial capital's forces. Tanks are stationed along the main road, so use the alleyways to get behind them.

Strategy

A simple APC/scout rush is needed to capture the camp near the cathedral to 1-turn complete the mission. This requires using the All Unit Defend order and rush towards the enemy base.

Enemy ace

There is also a scout on the center west of the map beside the two sentry guns. This is an enemy ace and killing him drop the ZM Kar 7(e) rifle. Easiest method of killing him would be to move Claude to the center area and use Ship Order: Bombardment to kill the enemy ace.
