Imperial Units are infantry classes from the East Europan Imperial Alliance in Valkyria Chronicles, Valkyria Chronicles 3, and Valkyria Chronicles 4. They typically have different stats, equipment, and level progression compared to player-controlled units.

They also use a variety of uniform colors compared to player units, typically to reflect their seniority or unit.

Trivia[]

  • In the animated adaptation of the first game, the appearance of Imperial shocktroopers is the one used for all Imperial soldiers. No other units are visible: no lancers, scouts or snipers. Some characters from Squad 7 are this type of unit.
  • With some exceptions, most enemy classes have lower AP than player controlled units.
  • While all Imperial units in VC1/4 carry Ragnaid, only Engineers ever use them. Even so, it is extremely rare they get used.
