Potential	Description
Penny Pincher	Sometimes, her stingy nature keeps her from completely using up her bullets.
Foul Play	Succeeding at a sneak attack causes her attack power to increase.
Panicky	Charging into enemy fire makes them panic, decreasing evasion.
Semi-Reliable	Now that she actually has some friends, being near them greatly boosts her evasion. (Hidden, unlocked by Squad Story)

Battle Potentials

Potential	Description
Boost vs. Personnel	Attack power against human targets is slightly boosted a set percentage of the time.
Ambush Spotter	Enemy units in hiding can be spotted from the same distance as a Scout.

Notes

• While she is another Shocktrooper with Panicky, it is not nearly as debilitating as it was for Edy Nelson in the first game because Panicky now decreases evasion, as opposed to dropping vs Pers by 40% as it did for Edy.
• Penny Pincher is very similar to the Jam Jinxed potential Mica Hawkins had in the first game: if it triggers, Emmy will only fire half of the normal number of rounds from her weapon. Unlike Mica's version, Emmy seems to still fire her flamethrower normally even if this Potential triggers, as opposed to his version where he would fail to fire at all.
