We have to take back the Centurion[]
"The submarine has our ship anchored tight. So, Squad E's mission is to close in on the enemy sub and destroy its harpoon cannons. Remember that the ice is breaking, so if the sub gets too far away, we'll lose our shot. We don't have much time, so make the most of the APC and your leaders' direct commands."
Location: Frozen Canal
Description: Destroy the harpoons to free the Centurion from the submarine, which can be boarded from certain points on the map. If the sub gets too far away, the mission will fail. Ship Orders are currently unavailable.
"The Centurion's fate is in your hands, Captain Wallace!"
Strategy[]
The battle can be easily completed in one turn with no casualties by issuing the Attack Weak Spot and Concentrate Fire Orders to a Lancer, moving to the west side of the deployment area (beside the Grenadier hidden behind the destructible rocks), and destroying each Harpoon Launcher with a single perfectly-accurate shot (resupplying after three shots). Use of the VB PL 4(e), gained by killing Captain Terror in the previous Chapter, is recommended to ensure only one shot is required per Launcher.
