Mission Briefing
Scouts at Leanbluff have sighted rebel troops that emit a blue light, as well as their commander.
Defeat the fencer commander in area 5 to break the rebels' chain of command and reduce the threat they pose to neighboring villages.
Strategy
This level can be completed in one turn. Honestly, you really only need an Armored Tech or one of its variants assigned to spots F or H to complete it. But the Fencer Commander does dodge so it wouldn't hurt to have other people to kill off the surrounding enemies if your Armored Tech can't finish off the Fencer in one turn so he/she won't die when it's the enemy's turn.
As previously mentioned, position the Armored Tech or its variants in either spots F or H in area 5. Then select other people, preferably scouts and shocktroopers, to fill in the other spaces as backup. For Area 2, you only need to have 2 people on defense. (I had a shocktrooper and the tank there) On another note, make sure to have Avan on the field for that extra CP, meaning another attack.
Basically, send your Armored Tech towards the commander. On your first run with the guy, you probably won't make it but you are likely close enough to the enemy in front of the commander so you might as well kill him so as to lessen the amount of guys shooting at you. End the Action. On your next run with the Armored Tech, move him/her to the commander and whack him with your weapon until he's dead. As mentioned before, the Fencer will dodge so you may need to send in the support units to make sure your Armored Tech stays alive. You may not finish it in one turn but no pressure. You still got two more turns to beat down the Fencer with your warpick if you wish to get an A rank.
