Blitz Assault is the second expert skirmish of Valkyria Chronicles 4's Expert Skirmishes DLC. This uses the same map as Chapter 14: Azure Flame. It is unlocked after the main story has been completed.

Strategy

• There are two starting positions: Left side for defense, right side for offense. Set units that will attack the enemy base camp on the right, as the left will have no way to get there.
  • Due to the map being set at night, characters with night vision are more effective.
• The lancers will attack each makeshift barricade in a row. By setting up units past the ladders, they can be intercepted before they get into position. Bombardment ship order will not one shot them, but will leave them low enough to gun down if lined up.
• Each turn more lancers will appear.
• Imperials start with 12 CP. The locations of the 6 leaders are:
  • Scout: To the right of the center of the map camp, crouched down on sandbags to the right of the unbreakable barricade.
  • Trooper: One at northern-most camp, one at the camp in the center of the map.
  • Lancer: First set of enemy lancers attacking the barriers.
  • Engineer: Second Engineer killed to stop the mortar attack, center of map.
  • Grenadier: At the end camp, at the bottom of the stairs.
