VC3's version of Alicia is heavily nerfed compared to her VC1 version. She's now unable to obtain the dreaded combination of Double Movement, Undodgeable Shot, and Resist Crossfire (Anti-Intercept in VC3) in one package, not to mention Valkyria, one of her best VC1/2 buffing potentials, is now replaced with Sulky, which lowers her anti-personnel power much like Panicky does for Edy, reducing her ability to scout rush without support.
