Albert Miller was a researcher of ragnite compression techniques, and is the Factory Chief of the Miller Company. He died in the Miller Company Fire with his wife and younger daughter.
His research was being carried on by Heinrich Belgar, who was responsible for the fire, as well as his elder daughter, Riley Miller.
